If you want a quiet place to stay, this hotel is located in a residential area a short walk away from supermarkets and transport links. the railway station is nearby, making it convenient for trips out of town. the room is well-appointed with some featuring balconies and a kitchenette. Reception provides discounts when you book through the website, and staff are friendly. the hotel is also quite close to the city centre, where you can find many shops and restaurants.
Some guests have reported issues with the washrooms, such as an uncomfortable washbasin and limited mirrors.

Convenient, private location, larger than comparable hotel room with nice amenities and very helpful staff. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, computer, etc.
The configuration of the rooms was a bit odd, with the WC separated from the bathroom and sink. Cold floor between the bedroom and the WC. Bedroom window shutters didn't work.

The Neotelia Bel Air was in a good location to get to the beaches,(walk back uphill), but not very far. It was inexpensive, clean, had a walk -in dressing room and very helpful staff. The balcony was spacious and little kitchen fully equipped. There were automated shutters that made for a great nights sleep and the street was really quiet. There's a supermarket very close by too. I would recommend this holiday flat.
The shower curtain is on a round rail and water tends to escape a bit, but otherwise nothing else.

During my Easter break, I stayed in this apartment and I must say that the apartment has all the basic amenities like a functional kitchen and a pleasant balcony view which were great. The apartment was located in a calm and serene neighborhood, which was perfect for a relaxing stay. Also, I found it very convenient that there was a small supermarket near the apartment and the city center was just a walking distance away.
The apartment lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. The appliances were old and rusty, and the linens and towels were worn out. There was no room service or reception, which made it difficult to get help when needed. the upkeep of the apartment was poor and took away from the comfort of my stay.

Excellent stay, check-in was efficient with excellent service. Couldn't fault this place, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. We thought it was amazing there were wines glasses for every single type of drink from champagne to white wine, magnificent! Parking was convenient, close to private beaches and supermarket.

Apartment was large and modern. It had a great layout and was very comfortable. Location was great, out of the hussle and bussle but only a 10 minute walk away from the main beach/shopping area. Onsite parking was an added bonus. Emily was absolutely gorgeous and could not have been more helpful.
It was just about perfect, being picky a microwave would have been nice.

The apartment we stayed in was amazing! It had a large terrace with outdoor furniture where we could enjoy the picturesque view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the supermarket and the beach. We were also impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. It made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the terrace.
We had a hard time connecting to the internet and had to rely on our cell phone data instead. Another aspect that could have been improved was the small washbasin in the bathroom.

We stayed in Pavillon Bel Air for 2 days. The location is good, you can reach to the beach with 10-15 minutes walk. The rooms and bathroom was so clean and better than most of five stars hotels. The kitchen has all equipments you may need. Supermarket is so close, you can buy anything you want for breakfast/lunch/dinner and eat on your table on the teras (or on the table inside). The employees were so kind and helpful for everything. We thank Romina from Pavillon Bel Air again for her hospitality...

The hotel was out of the main area so very quiet but an easy walk to the beach. 2 min to a big super market. Everthing that is needed to be self contained. We stayed 4 days and didnt eat out once saving at least 300 euros.
